While I was planning our stay in Toledo, I searched for a venue, a restaurant where we could feast our taste buds with local food. All recommendations that I came up with pointed to El Carmen de Montesion. The fact that the Restaurant being a  Michelin 1 Star Restaurant had played a major role in deciding.
